I'm beginning my countdown to vacation and swimsuit season. My goal is to lose the last 20 pounds that I haven't been able to shake. As part of the process, I'm going to give weekly blog updates of what I'm doing to shake the unwanted pounds. Partly, because it will give me some incentive to behave myself and also because it will be fun to share any new ideas I find with you. So let the countdown begin...79 days and 20 pounds to go.
