Dale Barlow is one of eight men from Colorado City, Arizona indicted last year for, among other things, sexual misconduct with a minor.

Colorado City Polygamist Goes to Trial Today

Friday, an Arizona jury took only 40 minutes to find 49-year-old David Bateman guilty of having sex with a 17-year-old girl. He will be sentenced next month.

In July, Kelly Fischer was convicted on similar charges and was sentenced to 45 days in jail.

All are believed to be members of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, led by Warren Jeffs. Jeffs is now in the Purgatory jail charged with arranging underage marriages, as well as rape as an accomplice.

A fourth man was acquitted in September. The four other men are still awaiting trial.
