(KSL News) A man was shot in the foot early this morning but refused medical treatment.
The man claims he was asleep on a couch and awoke to shots being fired into the apartment at 2750 S. 800 East.
He says he didn't see anything and isn't sure why anyone would shoot at him. But police say the man has a history of gang activity.
The apartment the man was in doesn't not belong to him. Police are trying to find the person whose name is on the lease.
