TOOELE -- Charges have been filed in the Tooele goat slayings from last Halloween.
Nineteen-year-old Orion Stoltman of Springville is charged with five misdemeanors, including aggravated cruelty to an animal.
Prosecutors say he and a juvenile broke into a corral, stole two pygmy goats, took them to a nearby school and cut off their heads.
Stoltman faces up to a year in jail if convicted.
