(KSL News) Jeremy Hauck, the teen accused of killing his mother, will not be receiving any inheritance for now.
The Deseret Morning News reports Hauck sent a letter to a judge relinquishing his rights to his mother's estate.
Laura, Hauck's sister, has been appointed fiduciary, but with restrictions. The judge won't allow the condo to be sold without a petition filed with the court. And the money raised from selling the two cars will go into a trust fund while Jeremy is in jail.
Hauck may have a right to the estate in the future.
The judge wants to wait until the trial is over before he fully authorizes anything.
