(KSL News) An Ogden man has been charged in connection with a shooting that sent two people to the hospital.

Police say they arrested Bryant Moses Middleton on Friday, and charged him yesterday with three counts of second degree felony attempted murder.

Court documents report on September 30th, Middleton shot at a home on Quincy Avenue until all the rounds in his gun were spent.

Bullets struck a 14-year-old in the abdomen and hit another man in the arm.

Both have since been released from the hospital.
