(KSL News) More subpoenas have been issue in the case against accused child killer Craig Gregerson.

The Deseret Morning News reports defense lawyers issued several subpoenas to different organizations and law enforcment agencies. They're seeking records about Gregerson and his family, or any records of incidents at his family home in Orem.

They are also seeking information about a sleep study involving Gregerson at Timpanogos Regional Hospital.

Gregerson is charged with the aggravated murder and child kidnapping of 5-year-old Destiny Norton. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for November.
