(KSL News) A confession by a man accused of sexually abusing elderly woman can be used as evidence during the trial.
Defense attorneys for Jesus Partida argued the confession shouldn't be used because he says Partida made up the sex-abuse story to get out of a failing marriage.
The judge ruled the confession was trustworthy and should be used.
The confession is the key piece of evidence for prosecutors.
