(KSL News) -- Governor Huntsman adressed 15 states today at a conference about methamphetamines in Salt Lake.
He told them meth impacts the environment, health care systems and substance abuse treatment programs. He also said families are the ones who are most vulnerable to the drug.
Governor John Huntsman: "It has taken Utah's most precious resource of all, our children, out of their homes, away from their addicted parents and into state custody."
Huntsman encouraged the state representatives to learn more about the growing drug abuse problem and how to fight it in their cities.
