(KSL News) Utah set a record on foreclosures last year.
According to RealtyTrac, the state ranked 13th in the nation for the number of foreclosure filings.
Just last month, filings increased 126 percent compared to December 2007.
Overall for 2008, Utah saw a 99.5 percent increase in households filing for foreclosure. That translates to about 19,000 filings last year.
