WASHINGTON (AP) -- A California company is recalling 90-thousand plush toy frogs sold nationwide at Kohl's department stores. They're citing a potential choking hazard.
Seams in the purple-and-green "Plush Frog Stuffed Animal" can reportedly tear open and expose small plastic pellets.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission says the toy caused a toddler's choking incident. The boy was hospitalized but released without injury.
The commission advises consumers to stop using the toy and go to Kohl's for a refund or store credit.
