Rick Holman from Coldwell Banker Advantage presented the proposal on behalf of the Cedar Trails Master Planned Community on July 16. The community is slated to be over 480 acres of commercial and residential parcels along Old Highway 91.

Councilman R. Scott Phillips said he was not in favor of the proposal.
