LEHI — One person died Sunday in a rollover accident that closed traffic for hours.

A cement form truck with a crane mounted on the back struck a Utah Transit Authority bridge with its crane arm about 9:30 a.m., causing the vehicle to lose control and roll over, said Jeanteil Livingston with the city of Lehi.

The driver was pronounced dead on the scene, Livingston said. No other vehicles were involved. No other information about the driver has been released.

Eastbound 2100 North from 2300 West in Lehi was closed for six hours as crews investigated and cleared the scene, Livingston said. As of Sunday evening, the road was still closed.

Drivers are encouraged to avoid the area and use alternate routes.
