CARBONDALE, Ill. — Led by Kennard Davis' 24 points, the Southern Illinois Salukis defeated the Illinois State Redbirds 88-79 on Tuesday night. The Salukis are now 13-17 with the victory and the Redbirds dropped to 17-13.
