BOSTON — Dallas coach Jason Kidd has a pretty good idea what kind of reception to expect when the Mavericks return home from a five-game road trip. Saturday's game against Houston will be the Mavericks' first in Dallas since trading away franchise player Luka Doncic. Kidd says he is sympathetic to the fans. But he needs to focus on getting the team ready for Houston. Davis did not play on Thursday night because of an abdominal strain. He is expected to make his Dallas debut on Saturday against the Rockets.
