PHILADELPHIA — Big Charlie's Saloon is filled with Kansas City Chiefs fans and memorabilia and seems like it would fit just fine among the cluster of sports bars in Kansas City. But it sits on a corner in South Philadelphia, about a dozen blocks away from the home stadium of the Eagles. The banner that hangs outside on the brick wall of Big Charlie's Saloon says it all in big, bold, red and yellow letters: CHIEFS. Citing safety concerns, the bar will close on Sunday when the Chiefs play the Eagles in the Super Bowl.
