CLINTON, S.C. — Led by D'Maurian Williams' 20 points, the High Point Panthers defeated the Presbyterian Blue Hose 84-72. Kory Mincy finished with 24 points for Presbyterian. The Panthers improved to 19-5 with the victory and the Blue Hose fell to 9-15.
