BARCELONA, Spain — INEOS Britannia has announced it is parting ways with CEO and skipper Ben Ainslie for the 38th edition of the premier yachting race. The four-time Olympic gold medalist says he is "astounded" by the decision that ends a partnership started in 2018. The breakup comes after Ainslie steered Britannia to a British yacht's first America's Cup final in 60 years in Barcelona last year. The British boat lost to Emirates Team New Zealand 7-2 in the final.
