KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and his wife, Brittany, have announced the birth of their third child, a daughter they named Golden Raye Mahomes. She was born on Sunday while Kansas City was enjoying a playoff bye. The Chiefs play the Texans on Saturday in the divisional round. The Mahomes' have another daughter, Sterling, who turned 3 in December, and a 2-year-old son named Bronze. Patrick Mahomes said during an interview last month that he hoped the timing would work out so that their latest child would arrive during their week off.
