ARLINGTON, Texas — Texas coach Steve Sarkisian, a California native, has offered thoughts and prayers for everyone affected by the ongoing wildfires in the greater Los Angeles area, and for those impacted by a deadly terror attack in New Orleans on New Year's Day. The Longhorns are in North Texas to play in the College Football Playoff semifinals at the Cotton Bowl against Ohio State. Sarkisian says what is happening is Los Angeles right now is unfathomable. Ohio State played at the Rose Bowl last week before the outbreak of what are now multiple wildfires. Buckeyes coach Ryan Day says he echoes Sarkisian's comments.
