CHARLESTON, Ill. — Led by Ray'Sean Taylor's 19 points, the SIU Edwardsville Cougars defeated the Eastern Illinois Panthers 60-57. The Cougars moved to 10-6 with the victory and the Panthers fell to 5-10.
