SANTA CLARA, Calif. — Geno Smith scored on a 13-yard scramble with 12 seconds remaining and the Seattle Seahawks snapped a six-game losing streak against the San Francisco 49ers with a 20-17 victory. Smith completed seven of eight passes for 65 yards to get the Seahawks in position to score after taking over at the 20 with 2:38 remaining. The win moved Seattle into a three-way tie for second place in the NFC West with San Francisco and the Rams, a game behind Arizona.
