DES MOINES, Iowa — Bennett Stirtz scored 25 points to lead the Drake Bulldogs and Daniel Abreu secured the victory with a 3-pointer with 24 seconds remaining as the Bulldogs knocked off the Florida Gulf Coast Eagles 63-61. The Bulldogs are now 3-0 with the victory and the Eagles fell to 0-4. Zavian McLean led FGCU with 17 points and Keeshawn Kellman added 16.
