BARCELONA, Spain — Italy's Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli surprised its rivals at the last America's Cup by showing up with two helmsmen to steer its foiling yachts. The unorthodox setup proved to be genius. The team reached the finals where it gave defender New Zealand a battle. Now all the teams at the 37th America's Cup in Barcelona have copied the two-helmsmen scheme. Luna Rossa is back in the challengers' final against INEOS Britannia. The winner will face New Zealand for sailing's biggest prize. Luna Rossa believes they have an edge given the experience that Jimmy Spithill and Francesco Bruni have sharing the helm.
