EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — Now that the New York Giants have re-signed cornerback Adoree Jackson, the question is how much does he play in the season opener against the Minnesota Vikings. The Giants signed the 28-year-old Jackson on Saturday after waiting eight months to see if one of their younger players was ready to play the cornerback spot opposite Deonte Banks. Cor'Dale Flott, Tre Hawkins, Nick McCloud and rookie Dru Phillips had their chances. Flott would have won the job, but he hurt his quadriceps. Whether Jackson is physically ready for Sunday after missing training camp is uncertain.
