Central Missouri quarterback Zach Zebrowski is one of the top small-college football players to watch entering this season. The Southern Illinois transfer passed for a Division II-record 61 touchdowns last year and was the Harlon Hill Trophy winner as the top player in his division. Other players to watch are quarterback Luke Lehnen of Division III North Central in Illinois, safety Tanner Volk of Division II Central Washington, defensive lineman Anthony Cikauskas of Division III Monmouth in Illinois, running back Rontavious Farmer of NAIA St. Thomas in Florida and wide receiever Austin Jablonski of NAIA Concordia in Nebraska.
