Brewers closer Trevor Megill on 15-day injured list with back strain

MILWAUKEE — Brewers closer Trevor Megill has been placed on the 15-day injured list with a lower back strain, becoming the latest in a string of Milwaukee pitchers to miss time this season due to injury. Tyler Jay has been recalled from Triple-A Nashville take Megill's spot. Megill has 20 saves in 22 attempts filling in for two-time All-Star closer Devin Williams, who had been on the injured list all season with stress fractures in his back until being activated over the weekend.
