If you're like most adults, you probably can't wait to rest your head on your pillow and cozy up with the comforter at night. Sleep is what allows people to function well during the day. Unfortunately, far too many adults aren't getting the best quality of sleep.
According to the National Center for Health Statistics, about 14.5% of adults had trouble falling asleep most days or every day. Additionally, women were more likely to report issues dozing off at night compared to men.
