OGDEN — An Ogden man was charged Monday with committing sex acts on two different days while sitting in a vehicle in a crowded grocery store parking lot.

On Friday, Ogden police responded to WinCo Foods, 205 W. 12th Street, on a report of a suspicious vehicle. As officers approached the vehicle, they noted the 62-year-old man was not wearing pants, according to charges filed in 2nd District Court.

After reviewing surveillance footage, police say the man had been committing a sex act "while parked in the public and highly populated" parking lot.

After consenting to a search, the man also handed officers a bag of methamphetamine and a glass pipe, the charges state.

Police say surveillance video from Jan. 30 showed the man committing similar acts in the same parking lot.

Ricky Allen Bolser was charged Monday with possession or use of a controlled substance, a third-degree felony; plus use or possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of lewdness, class B misdemeanors.
