ALBANY, N.Y. — Led by Ayinde Hikim's 23 points, the UMass-Lowell River Hawks defeated the Albany Great Danes 97-76 on Thursday night. The River Hawks moved to 13-4 with the win and the Great Danes fell to 10-8.
