CONWAY, Ark. — Led by James Dent Jr.'s 17 points, the Western Illinois Leathernecks defeated the Central Arkansas Bears 65-54 on Wednesday. The Leathernecks moved to 7-6 with the win and the Bears fell to 3-10.
