Vikings receiver Justin Jefferson will return after 7-game absence for hamstring injury

MINNEAPOLIS — Minnesota Vikings All-Pro receiver Justin Jefferson is ready to return from his hamstring injury. Coach Kevin O'Connell announced that Jefferson will be activated from injured reserve. Minnesota has its bye week in Week 13, but Jefferson will be back when the Vikings play at Las Vegas on Dec. 10. He missed the past seven games. He was hurt in Week 5, causing him to miss games for the first time in his career. Jefferson was the AP NFL Offensive Player of the Year last season. He has 36 catches for 571 yards and three touchdowns this season.
