HOGWARTS SCHOOL OF WITCHCRAFT AND WIZARDRY — BYU had a special visitor on All Hallows' Eve, a magician of conference realignment and Power Five ambitions.

The headmaster of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, professor and practitioner of Defence against the Dark Arts, Albus Dumbledore himself, paid a visit to campus Tuesday morning, even popping on to "BYU Sports Nation" on BYUtv with his magical debut.

The headmaster of Hogwarts, of course, was Cougar athletic director Tom Holmoe, who revealed his latest Halloween costumed creation on the show's airwaves.

Holmoe's Halloween costume has become something of a tradition in Utah County, when he's shown up dressed as Abraham Lincoln, Yoda, the Mad Hatter and the Genie from "Aladdin" — blue skin and all — among others.

On Tuesday, he offered a message for the Cougars' next football opponent.

"I pronounce a curse on the West Virginia Mountaineers this week," pronounced Dumbledore, errr ... Holmoe, live on air.

This year, though, Holmoe wasn't alone. BYU put together a photo gallery of costumed creations from across campus, and the list included a Barbie-themed Sports Nation featuring hosts Ken (Spencer Linton) and Allan (Jarom Jordan).

Just as there is only one Supreme Mugwump of the International Confederation of Wizards, there is only one Allan in Barbie Land (sorry, Spencer).

But there were several Kens, including a special appearance by former BYU star and NFL receiver Austin Collie, who busted into the Mojo Dojo Casa House assumingely to pick a fight with Linton's Ken.

"This is 10 years of diet soda and Dunford donuts right here," Collie joked of his post-NFL workout shape.
