MINNEAPOLIS — The Minnesota Twins have the AL Central title in hand. Now they can get back to the unfinished business of trying to stop that record 18-game postseason losing streak. They clinched their third division crown in five years when the Cleveland Guardians and Detroit Tigers were eliminated. The Twins were in first place with a losing record a few times in the first half in the worst division in the major leagues this year. They have played much better after the All-Star break. Their starting pitcher ERA is third-best in baseball. They're fourth in homers.
