KNOLLS, Tooele County — A man was killed following a rollover crash on I-80 in Tooele County, according to state troopers.

A Subaru Forester was traveling east on I-80 near Knolls just after 10 p.m. Thursday. A witness saw the vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed before braking suddenly, Utah Highway Patrol Sgt. Cameron Roden said

The driver lost control of the vehicle, which veered off the right of the roadway and rolled multiple times, Roden said. The driver, an adult man, was ejected and died at the scene.

Investigators have not released the man's identity pending notification of his family, and more information was not available.
