EDINBURG, Texas — The UT Rio Grande Valley Vaqueros defeated the Tarleton State Texans 99-95 in overtime on Saturday led by Will Johnston's 36 points. The Vaqueros improved to 15-15 with the win and the Texans fell to 15-15.
