RIVERSIDE, Calif. — Led by Zyon Pullin's 19 points, the UC Riverside Highlanders defeated the Portland Pilots 76-65 on Thursday night. The Highlanders moved to 7-5 with the victory and the Pilots dropped to 8-7.
