EDINBURG, Texa — Led by Will Johnston's 29 points, the UT Rio Grande Valley Vaqueros defeated the Texas A&M-CC Islanders 89-82 on Wednesday night. The Vaqueros are now 5-3 with the win and the Islanders dropped to 4-4.
