SUFFIELD, Connecticut — Was it a massive gust of wind? A magnetic anomaly? Is the driver trying a new stunt? Or is it really a "glitch in the Matrix," as the video caption suggests?
We may never know for sure, but this video clip is undoubtedly bizarre. A driver in Suffield, Connecticut, came across a car standing vertically in the road. Check out the video:
The driver speculates that maybe the wind caused the car to end up in such a strange position. But I live on the windiest hill in Lehi, where trampolines and garbage cans seem to fly past our windows on a weekly basis, and I've never seen a car go upright like that.
It's safe to say that all the other drivers on Suffield's Mountain Road that day had their own theories.
According to a report from a local news station, the occupants of that inverted car were all OK. Turns out, the mother and her two children were leaning back in their seats, staring up into the stormy clouds above, also wondering what on earth just happened.
What do you think? Do you have any good ideas about what caused that car to balance on its rear bumper like that?
