OGDEN — Three people were injured Friday morning in a crash in Ogden, troopers said.

The crash happened when a vehicle ran a stop sign at the intersection of state Route 39 and 3500 West and was hit by another vehicle, said Utah Highway Patrol Sgt. Cameron Roden.

The vehicle that ran the stop sign then spun and was hit by a semitrailer, Roden said. The car was occupied by a teenage boy, who is hospitalized in critical condition, and a teenage girl, who was hospitalized in serious condition.

The driver of the car that first hit the car that ran the stop sign is in serious condition.
