SALT LAKE CITY — A West Jordan man who was already facing federal charges of enticing a minor is in more trouble and accused of sexually assaulting someone he met on a social media app.

Domonic Fredricksen, 33, was charged Wednesday in 3rd District Court with two counts of forcible sodomy, a first-degree felony.

In November, police say Fredricksen met a man on Snapchat and asked "if he wanted to hang out and try some stuff." The man agreed and got a ride to Fredricksen's residence.

Once there, Fredricksen tied the man to the headboard of a bed, blindfolded him and injected him with methamphetamine, according to charging documents.

The victim said he "remembers losing his awareness and thought the outside world didn't exist anymore," according to the charges.

Fredricksen then stripped the man, injected his genitals with meth, "made him roleplay as a younger child," "choked him until he blacked out" and sexually assaulted him, the charges state.

When he was done, Fredricksen told the victim, "You're not going to tell anyone because this is bad. You can't," the court documents allege.

Prosecutors have requested that Fredricksen be held without bail, noting that at the time of the incident he was already on pre-trial release on a federal charge of enticing a minor and was even wearing an ankle monitor, the charges state.

In that case, Fredricksen was arrested during an undercover operation by the FBI Child Exploitation Task Force in which an agent posed as a 13-year-old boy, according to state charging documents. When he was arrested, police reported finding a loaded handgun and marijuana in his car.

Sentencing for Fredricksen's federal charge is scheduled for Oct. 19.
