SALT LAKE CITY — "Toward Understanding" is a documentary created with the hope of improving awareness and building bridges of understanding. It is a personal look at the reality of racism and how it impacts our community, our churches, and our homes.
Parents, children, community and church leaders speak up about issues of discrimination and racism that affect all of us. Powerful and honest insight on the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion and how we can do better.
The insightful dialogue and experiences shared help dispel stereotypes and biases and gives viewers an opportunity to see the humanity in one another.
