SALT LAKE CITY — Salt Lake City police have canceled a silver alert for a blind woman missing since Friday who was at risk.

Police issued the alert for Dianne Cummins, 61, just before 6 p.m. Sunday then canceled the alert two hours later. No details were given on the circumstances of the cancellation.

Cummins had last been seen in the area of 176 W. 600 South. Cummins is 5-foot-3, 180 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Police did not say what Cummings was last seen wearing.

She uses a push walker for mobility and has a mental illness, according to police.
