OREM — A 42-year-old Orem man accused of engaging in a sexual "relationship" with a 16-year-old girl is facing multiple felony counts.

Anthony Robert Credaroli was charged Wednesday in 4th District Court with six counts of unlawful intercourse with a 16-year-old and witness tampering, both third-degree felonies.

A second person, Chandra Lynn Marrington, of Orem, was also charged with witness tampering, a third-degree felony.

Police interviewed a 16-year-old girl in August who stated she and Credaroli "had been in a sexual relationship for a while," according to charging documents.

Some of the alleged incidents happened in Credaroli's personal car, his work vehicle, a hotel in Price, and at his house, the charges state.

The allegations of witness tampering happened the same day the girl was interviewed by police, according to the charges.
