Like most cities, Salt Lake City has its fair share of supernatural folklore. There are countless stories of haunted government buildings, haunted colleges and even haunted hotels. While much of the folklore around the haunted places in Salt Lake is based off different people's experiences, experts have weighed in as well.
The Travel Channel's Ghost Adventures team went into the old Tooele Hospital, now known as Asylum 49, to explore the rumored haunts. Even though they had dozens of stories to go off of, their high-tech equipment and video cameras captured the supernatural as it happened.
