WASHINGTON, Nov 04, 2004 (United Press International via COMTEX) -- The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission recalled the Hampton Bay three-head, flush-mount, halogen light fixture with silver metal rings Thursday.

The recall report said the decorative metal rings on the ends of the lamp fixtures can detach. Consumers could suffer minor burns if they touch the hot rings, the report said.

The light fixtures were sold at Expo Design Center stores from February to August of this year. A clear label on the fixtures read "MADE IN CHINA" and "E91785."

Customers were urged to stop using the light fixtures and return them to the nearest Expo Design Center store for a refund.
