(KSL News) Defense lawyers representing Craig Gregerson, the man accused of killing 5-year-old Destiny Norton, have filed a subpoena requesting documents and records about the man.
The subpoena demands all records related to Gregerson from SOS Staffing, Strategic Staffing, and Radio Shack, where he worked briefly. It also requests records from the Sandy police department.
Last week Gregerson was granted permission to leave the Salt Lake County Jail for two days to visit his defense lawyers.
A preliminary hearing is set for October 3.
