(KSL News) -- Two bachelors on a 12,000 mile journey in search of the "secret to an everlasting marriage" made a pit stop in Salt Lake today.
They hoped meeting up with some of Utah's "marriage masters" or couples who have been married more than 40 years, would help them out.
Mat Boggs, Project Everlasting: "One of the things that strikes me is that after 40, 50, 60, we've interviewed couples who have been married over 70 years and they're still crazy about one another."
Seven weeks ago Jason Miller and Mat Boggs left Los Angeles for their cross-country tour, meeting couples all over the US. Now, some 130 interviews and 20 cities later they're on the home stretch.
When it's all said and done, Miller and Boggs, both bachelors in their late 20's, hope to write a book and release a documentary about what they discovered.
