(KSL News) Community service could earn some Salt Lake City students a college scholarship.
Today, Salt Lake City Mayor Ralph Becker announced a new "Service in the City" scholarship. The scholarship will obviously benefit those who serve, and many of those students will be the first in their families to go to college.
Mayor Becker joined us in Talking Point tonight to give us the details on the scholarship.
