(KSL News) -- Our High-five segment caught another person off-guard this morning, but in a good way!

We surprised Taylorsville's Harry Allred. His daughter Tami describes him as an unsung hero. She says he quietly goes about serving all of his neighbors around him.

Tami Patterson, Nominated Dad, High Five Surprise: "In the winter he is out shoveling the snow, even though his arms are hurting. He may be sore, but he's out there shoveling everybody's snow. He is opening gates, he is always one who is thinking of other people before himself."

Harry Allred/High Five Surprise: "I just enjoy doing it for them."
